"Aw, but Hope, we were having such a lovely night," he chuckled, attempting to change the subject. He dug his heels in the dirt for a moment to make it harder for her to push him around, then he reluctantly gave up and continued his march back to his caravan, making sure to still occasionally try to misdirect her attention.

"Like I said your still adorable, now march mister of so help me i will pick you and carry you like a bride to your caravan" That mother instinct kicking in. She stopped her self. She needed to stop that. Pulling away she took a step back. "Ah.." rubbing her temples " Eh never mind...." mentally kicking her self. "Just rest if you can " she took another step back. "I need to think of something new for the show and I'm not resting until I have something... you.Rest.." She turned quickly to head back. Hoping he wont stop her n the count she should be resting as well. But they two were sorta liek two peas in a pode.

Voltaire ushered a small snicker as she fumbled over her words, but that snicker stopped when she suddenly stopped and turned around. He opened his mouth to stop her, but she was already walking away. "Goodnight, then." He shrugged and entered the caravan, tugging tightly on the door after him. He took off his jacket and shoes in order to get comfortable, then sat down at his desk and picked up his pen. As he stared at the page, he sighed and set the pen back down. It can wait until tomorrow. He stood up, stretched, and went to bed. --- The next morning, the ringleader woke up at his usual time, 6am, and prepared himself for his daily work out. He set out for a nearby forest where he does his morning routine, some warm-up exercises and then some wood chopping. This usually took anywhere between 1 or 2 hours, depending on how productive he was feeling. Upon his return to the Cirque, he looked around for any early birds, being sure to check the big top for Hope since she said she'd be there as long as she needed to be.

Hope had stayed up for most of the night. then fell asleep. Then woke up when she heard foot steps dead in the night. Stretching every limb she had, her ears perked "You smell of freshly chopped wood" directing that comment to the man that came to the tent. Plucking some black paper off of her head. She soon shacked it off "Over did it on the confetti" sighing, she got up feeling her back pop "Mind closing the tent flap for me?"

"Don't I every morning?" Voltaire smiled. He then proceeded to do as he was asked, eyeing her once they were cut off from the rest of the world. Snapping out of his daze, he spoke. "So, I managed to contact a few people, asking if they were interested in Le Cirque. I have to look over their applications and give them tours, but we should have our accountant soon enough."

Intently as the flaps to the tent were closed. She changed, not out of cloths but out of her little masquerade. This was a painfulness actually, bones reshaping, skin stretching, and so on. She had goten uses to the prosses over the years, were the pain is like someone gave you a really bad pinch.
Stretching and then letting out very loud yawn she shook her head. Sighing in relief, Hope coiled herself around the ring a few times ""no, there was that one time you smelt oh rain...but then again" her voice echoed in his mind. As she reached over gave him a little nuzzle. "That's lovely.." She was happy he finally gave into the idea of a little extra help. Stretching her wings a little she was content of being in her true form for the time "And do forgive me... but..I may have sent the word out to the other relm...." she scratched her head with her wing looking away "Saying we...may...need some help" clapping her wings lightly like they were hands. Old habits died hard "I hope. you wouldnt mind" saying shepishly.

Voltaire was a little stirred by the transformation; it appeared painful. He wasn't sure if he should watch or not, so he found himself doing double-takes.
Once she was settled, he rested one hand on her nose as she nudged him. He had been alive for such a long time and had seen many things, but every time he saw her true form, all he could do was stand in awe at her colossal form.
"No, I don't mind," he stated. "It's probably best we gained a broad audience, either way."

Her eyes smiled at him. "Thank you....We may have a few takers...Hopefuly" she shook her head using her wing to scratch at her scales. He was watching. He seemed to do that alot.
"I...would also like to say... again thank you...for keeping my secret safe.."

Giving a small smile, he nodded. "Sure thing." Voltaire didn't think he looked like the type, but he had always been loyal to his company, especially an ol' friend like Hope.

She let out a dragon like giggle. it was a sourt of chirps and shrils. Soft yet a little pitchy. Fluffing her wings she stretched them as much as she could. One wing over his head, then ther other, she brought them down and gently ruffled his hair ans much as her feathers could. Pulling away one wing over her self and the other followed she slowly began to transform er body, bending and twisting, cones crackling as she hissed.
Turning smaller hurt a lot more then growing bigger. everything had to be come compact them. From the form everyone knew well. the cursed woman that was a discolored reptile. her wings coverd her self as she plucked a feather . More charms and illusion and cloths were one again. Walking over she finished the ruffling of his hair and gently kissed his cheek "you are too good to theses old bones you know that."

"Yeah, well, only for you, princess." Voltaire nodded, returning the hair ruffling.
"You know, I think I recall seeing a lake out in the forest. You could always rejuvenate yourself there. Just a thought." He shrugged.
