Name : Imperiosa (latin for imperious/domineering/etc.)
Specie : Abyssal Horse (female)
Home Region : Hell, Abyssal Plains.
Plant : Lobelias
Appearance :
A charcoal grey horse with hard as diamond (and very sharp) black hooves veined through with burnt orange coloration up until the ankles. She has black medium-length horns curving down from head, and another set of sharp horn pointing outwards. Her eyes are yellow with a vertical pupil, and a inner flame seems to burn in them. She has very sharp teeth and her subsequent diet is made entirely of meat, preferably fresh.
Her mane is a discoloured dark red, with lobelias in them. Her tail is pretty long, if a bit uneven. Like she never had a haircut ever. It's brushed down and well taken care of though.
Personality :
Imperiosa is a very vain and temperamental abyssal mare, and she refuses to speak in other languages than the abyssal murmur that is common to Hell's creatures. She can understand other languages just fine though.
Abyssal horses are very intelligent and are the ones to choose their companions; there is no master relationship, it's a very loyal partnership; it's a respected bond in Hell. Imperiosa picked Excidium when she was a foal because she is very prideful as well. He grooms and take care of her everyday in Hell although she is lenient with him because he is on the surface (but he'll have to make it up to her).
She's willing to be admired and groomed by others if they treat her royally enough and with adequate bribes, otherwise she might just bite their hands/heads off. She doesn't think much of anything non-demonic and can't understand Excidium's desire to be on the surface; she prefers to stay downstairs whenever she can, although there are interesting perks to be found on Earth...
While Hell Hounds are tasked by their masters/partners with ripping apart those who sold their souls and bring them down, Abyssal Horses are companions to worthy (in their eyes) demons and tend to chase down and trample damned souls in the plains for fun, or gossip between each other. They have different personalities and interest, frequently depends on who their partnership is with. Excidium has brought many souls off the rack and thrown them into the plains for Imperiosa's amusement (before putting them back on, of course).
